I’ve used Acme a couple of times and they’re just great! A few years ago they painted my collector car, stripped it down to bare metal, fabricated pieces, and it looks spectacular. So when I needed to repair a small scrape on my daily driver, that’s where I went. Annette was efficient and professional. She arranged my rental car, and coordinated with my insurance company. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And their work was top notch. No one ever wants to need a body shop but if you do, Acme is the place to go!

I am so thankful for the experiences I have had with ACME. You never know when you'll be in a position of need of assistance or auto work. I can truly say and highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing car repair. They are kind, professional and really do take the time to make your experience a positive one!!!!! Thank you Annette and the entire staff for everything.

Love this place. They pay incredible attention to detail and truly care about their work. Annette, the Office Manager, was amazing—she coordinated my car rental, handled the insurance company, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free for me. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I would recommend this place 100%!

Over the years, we’ve been to ACME a few times (the unfortunate price of city living and street parking) and every time it’s been an incredible and seamless experience. Annette has been our point of contact each time and she’s kind, accommodating and communicative. We’ve had Tomily each time to assess the damage on our car, he’s patient with questions and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. They also coordinate directly with insurance to handle payment and rentals, so if you have MAPFRE this is the best place to go. I would highly recommend them, they’re trustworthy and take all the stress out of a stressful situation. Thank you ACME!

Annette at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful — she arranged my rental and was able to adjust everything around my schedule, which made the entire process so much easier.
