I had a great experience working with Ace. They were communicative from start to finish, super accommodating, and completely professional. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right, and my car looks amazing. It’s rare to find a place that cares this much about the quality of their work and their customers. The team not only delivers flawless repair work but also truly fights for their customers, they work directly with the insurance company to ensure you get quality parts and repairs that last. Their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched, and they stand behind everything they do with a solid guarantee. In addition to the quality of their work, the customer service is what sets them apart. Kevin C. was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. My car looks brand new, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Ace Auto Body, they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work!

Amazing customer service, friendly professional staff. They kept me more in the loop on everything that was going on with my repairs better than my own insurance adjuster. They went above and beyond from day one, they were overbooked and couldn't take me in till later down on the week and when I took my car for the inspection just so I can make sure it was safe to keep driving and sure enough it wasn't and being booked they kept my car, got me a rental on the spot and my car was ready on a reasonable timing even when my insurance kept trying to supply them with parts that's weren't suitable for the repair. Job is fantastic my car is looking amazing!!! I recommend this shop to anyone, I got a new tire (same brand), wheel and bumper, sensors were calibrated and the paint job! Pictures speak for themselves, these guys are amazing at what they do.
