Logan Case was a wonderful consultant for my structural issues. He was very thorough and provided many pictures showing places of concern and remedies to repair my home. He was also very knowledgeable and willing to explain anything I had questions about.

Can’t maintain an appointment even though they have all your money. Claim they came to your place of residence as scheduled, but we were there the whole time—right there. No way they showed up in an invisible car and couldn’t see us right there. Rescheduled us twice now. Maybe they should reschedule someone else so that we’re not the only ones getting burned. One star seems right for what we’ve been given thus far.

Joseph with Acculevel came out to assess an on going water issue at my home. After inspecting the crawl space of the home Joseph explained in detail options to correct the problem and what was causing it . We have had 4 foundation companies visit our crawl space and not 1 gave the info that Joseph did. He spoke in terms we understood and answered all our questions . Great service!
