From the start of getting a quote with Todd which was awesome. He came went around and under the home to get accurate measurements and to see what all was needed. We needed pillars and metal beams to having the front bedroom lifted. Then when Daniel and his crew came he was amazing called every morning to give me a time they'd be arriving. Daniel was so pleasant and professional and the 2 crews that did the work were professional and fast. They did an amazing job. Let us know each day what they were doing. On day 2 there was such a difference with how sturdy the floor became. Now our house doesn't feel like a plane taking off when the washing machine is on. They did a great job so much so I recommended them to my MOM you know they did great when you trust them with family. Thanks for the peace of mind and the great work you all did. Crew 04 run by Foreman Reuben were very polite, professional and diligent in their labors. They did a very good job of digging around my garage, installing the J drain and then digging and running piping across my yard to drain it away from the garage. KCS did a stellar job with a multipurpose, multi day project! Although there were many instances where the project timelines and exact solutions had to shift (both from myself and unexpected changes), everyone did a great job installing everything in the end. Everything started during my home buying inspection where Paul Franklin helped us and the seller identify what needed to be fixed. The awesome front office ladies were always communicating with me about timelines, payment schedules, and confirmations. Rueben, Juan, Luis, and Omar came out to work on our foundation and patio work. Once they started digging, they discovered the initial wall anchor solution proposed actually wasn’t necessary, but this opened the door for the team to shift gears and work on drainage we wanted to get done at some point anyway. Alfredo and Magdiel came the following week to finish up the grading project and clean up the patio. Everything was clean, level, and looked professionally done in the end. My one concern through the entire process was the lack of communication and planning specifically from corporate towards the workers and myself. I understand flexibility is needed when unexpected issues arise, but there were multiple instances where I had to reach out to the company where I thought they should have contacted me first instead. The fist 2 days had late starts due to some logistics issues at the warehouse, then the 2nd team was only told about one part of the grading project which required them to go back out, get more soil, then return. Regardless of this, I am beyond happy my home is now taken care of, with all foundation and drainage issues now fully remediated. Everyone I called and met onsite was happy to be there, enjoyed what they did, and were more than willing to talk to me and show me what’s what. Muchas gracias a todos! KCS not only secured our cabin at the lake that had started to move over time. They addressed the drainage problem on the exterior so that the cabin would no longer have water issues from drainage and severe rain events. The company showed up on time adheared to their bid and did the work in a timely manner. The five-man crew were polite ,knowledgeable and did great work thank you too Robert, Eric, Selniv,Josue, and Pablo. Would highly recommend this company and this crew to any of my clients and friends.

I have to say my experience using KCS was great! I absolutely recommend them! Today I had crew #4 come do drainage work in my property. Reuben led the crew of Juan, Pablo, Luis, Javier, Samuel and Jose. Everyone was friendly and worked very hard to get the job done same day. KCS was very responsive when I first inquired about a quote, Todd came out to look at the project with my father and me and had a quote back to us quickly. Once deposit was paid we booked the date. We did have to book a few weeks out which was fine my timeline was not urgent. They by far exceeded to other company I reached out to. KCS was able to come look at the project, provide a clear quote with drawing and schedule/complete the project all before the date someone else could even come look. Reuben was great at walking my property with me the morning he arrived so we could review together and make sure all was correct. My property looked better when they left than when they arrived which surprised me because I was expecting a bit of a messy yard given all the digging involved.
