Aqua Lock

We are so grateful to Lance, AJ, Eric and Santos! We are moving out of state next week, and the team set up an immediate appointment to install a new system when we didn’t pass our radon test. They did an amazing job! We have 814 square feet of crawl space that had to be completely enclosed. It was a big job, but they finished in a day! Everything was covered and cleaned after. They were very friendly and very professional. 10/10 to Aqua Lock.

AquaLock did a great job. We bought a new home and needed 3 big cracks repaired and they came out quickly to give a quote that was reasonably priced, and made time to get it done before we moved in. Lance, Santos, and AJ worked quickly and thoroughly and were very pleasant to work with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

I quoted several waterproofing companies. Aqua Lock gave me the best price. They gave me a two days job completion. It took 3 days due to the snow. The project managers and work crew kept us informed on the progress of the waterproofing work. AJ, Lance, Santos, and Kaden were very polite and courteous. We knew before hand that the dust would be a problem, but they kept it down the best they could. Aqua Lock did a good job and I would recommend this company to do basement waterproofing.

I’m confident my basement is now waterproofed, but I’m very disappointed in how the project was wrapped up. Aqua Lock damaged my baseboards, cracked my fireplace, and left concrete and mud all over the walls and trim—so bad that the baseboards now need to be replaced. After 1.5 weeks, the production manager came by and cleaned the walls, but that was the extent of their follow-up. No one ever apologized or even acknowledged that I was upset about the damage. I expected much better professionalism and customer care. (They are "protected" in their vague/general contract, so if you hire. Do so with caution. I am sure they will try to discredit my review via their comments as they did with other negative reviews.)

I recently purchased my first home about a month ago and needed some repairs done in the crawlspace. After doing some research, I decided to go with Charlie and his team at Aqua Lock From start to finish, they were incredibly communicative. They kept me updated on exactly when they’d be arriving and took the time to explain what they’d be doing. What really stood out to me was how thorough and detailed they were with their work, they clearly take pride in doing the job right the first time. They were also extremely professional throughout the entire process. When the job was complete, they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, and even provided detailed pictures of the work so I could see exactly what was done. I would highly recommend Aqua Lock to anyone in need of this kind of work. I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future home I own.
