Can’t maintain an appointment even though they have all your money. Claim they came to your place of residence as scheduled, but we were there the whole time—right there. No way they showed up in an invisible car and couldn’t see us right there. Rescheduled us twice now. Maybe they should reschedule someone else so that we’re not the only ones getting burned. One star seems right for what we’ve been given thus far.

Met with Joseph Dougherty the project advisor for Acculevel. I very pleased with the price and he answered all my questions.

I had met Andrew Norris as my project advisor with Acculevel. He came out to my home and inspected my crawlspace for water issues. He provided me with pictures and videos showing and educating me on my problems and detailed the, “why” of the solutions he presented to me. Professional, very easy to speak with and treated my home and myself kindly.

Jonathan Crowe met with my wife and I about water issues we were having in our crawlspace. He performed a thorough inspection and provided us with plenty of information so we could make an educated decision on what needs to be done.
