Jake is always prompt and can fix anything! He’s come 3-5 times to fix random appliances and goes above and beyond. Even drove a few minutes away to get a part and came right back and fixed our dryer in minutes. The best!

Rob has been out to our house in Battle Ground a couple of times, he has repaired our dishwasher and oven. Both times he accurately diagnosed and repaired the issues the first time, no back and forth or guessing at what was wrong. Always super friendly, and just all around the right kind of guy for coming into your home. I just turned my oven on to cook dinner for the kids and was reminded of how grateful I am to have it back up and running! Thank you Rob!

Our Pro Jake at 5 Star Home Services is fantastic. He explains all the work and freely answers all my questions and is very helpful and knowledgeable. Jake has worked on a few of our appliances and his work has always been professional and completed without concerns. I'm very pleased with the work completed.

This is my second experience with 5 Star and again they came through. Jake is kind and efficient. They are up front with what is going on. Gives you options, and assists you to decide what’s best for your appliance. No pressure. The refrigerator has one more life thanks to Jake. Hard working company that should be your first call.

Jake was great! He was available earlier than scheduled and messaged ahead to see if he could head this way, great communication and timely service. He was so quick to find the issue and had the replacement part with him. Start to finish, it was done within 30 mins! Highly recommend. I have American HomeShield so the total was just $125 service call
