Danelle and Jane are always a pleasure to work with and they are very attentive at providing explanation of all the pieces of the insurance polices. Danelle saved our RC Club before by helping us us a farm equipment policy too.

Francis is the BEST agent you have in your office Youkie. He helped my son Patrick with numerous incorrect billings, premium issues and coverage for the past 6 months . He was very patient, which is the most important quality in any business interaction when there’s a problem or issue that needs clarification. Francis has the gift of relating to people, in particular clients like me who are older. Please share ghis with Francis as I truly enjoy working with him. Best, Olivia Boucher

Austin Grimm with State Farm insurance recently assisted me in securing a renter’s policy, as well as an accompanying earthquake policy. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient and timely. My entire family has had State Farm insurance for decades. Austin is just another example of why we continue our relationship with State Farm and plan to do so in the future. Austin treats you like a real human being with warmth and kindness, not just a number and a regular payment. In addition, years ago I worked for State Farm in another state. Back then, State Farm had a great reputation in the industry for taking care of claims. And we have experienced that they still continue to accomplish so today.

Austin was extremely helpful! I had a couple of questions that I couldn’t figure out online and he was very knowledgeable, very nice on the phone and extremely helpful. I’ve had State Farm for over 10 years and I won’t ever change them. A+ customer service! Highly recommend them.
