Crystal Blevins was a delight. She was very thorough explaining my coverages and answered every single question. Very patient and relatable it help built trust. I hate shopping for insurance but she made it smooth and easy. An absolute pleasure to speak with. I spoke with Crystal B. She was very friendly and welcoming to easy to speak with. She spoke with clarity and respect which made me comfortable to trust her service and help. She also understood all my concerns and within a short time, she went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge and took pride in her job. Because of her, I will gladly do business again with them. Thank you Crystal for putting smile on my face. God bless

If you had to work with anyone at Texas insurance. Talk with Ashley Bruce. This young lady took her time to help me understand what was going on, how it worked and what I needed to look at and understand. I was able to ask her any question, and she didn't get frustrated with me, all she did was listen and came back with a response that put me at ease. I could even tell by the tone in her voice that she was willing to work with me, not frustrated and understand what I was not understanding. Now, that's customer service everyone that works in customer service should understand that sometimes older Generations don't really understand all the new technology and verbiage that goes along with insurance. Thank you Ashley Bruce for all your help and patience.

I have to say I have had the most pleasant experience changing my auto and homeowner's insurance with Aimee. She went through all my policy changes, searched for best rates and answered every question I had. This is by far the best experience I have received. And the savings makes it that much better.
