I filled out an online form to start shopping for new auto insurance. Sonia Garcia contacted me back quickly and was great to work with. She got us a new auto quote with the same coverage and it was significantly less than what we were paying before. We were happy to make the switch and it was very easy to complete the process. We reside in Northeast Florida and have been loyal USAA Insurance customers for many years. Unfortunately, our homeowner’s insurance premiums continued to rise annually. While searching for a new policy, I received outstanding help from Sonia Garci at Augustyniak Insurance, who secured us better coverage for our home and updated our auto insurance policies, all at lower rates than before. I have all my personal insurance with Augustyniak Insurance. But more importantly to me, all my commercial business insurance is with them. Their commercial department, specifically Chameka, is by far the best I have ever worked with. Detail oriented, conscientious, pleasant, and most importantly, professional. I believe my company is well covered and I need not worry about whether or not they are paying attention. Great agency and amazing staff! Highly recommended!
