I have worked with Dave for my ins needs for 7 years. As my needs change he is always there to advise me on my best options. I never feel like he is trying to sell me more than i need. I would highly reccommend Wolf Ins to anyone needing assistance navigating insurance needs.

Horrible customer service and the way they treat their customer is disrespectful. Never had an owner of a company not know what’s going on in their system. Canceled a policy over two years ago, and their incompetence it’s wild. Do not go to this trash agency that doesn’t know what they are doing. Update: I have been with the Wolf agency for over 10 yrs and with Travelers Insurance for 9 of them. I have had the same contact information during this time. Let me clarify that Travelers insurance is an amazing Car insurance company. I called them directly and they rectified the situation immediately. Wolf Agency is not. After leaving this review they called back, funny how they were able to leave a vm and get a call back from me when they use the phone and same phone number I have had for years. This agency has the worst owner I have ever dealt with. No wonder my agent left this agency. Go through Travelers directly, do not go through this agency. Get faster, better customer service directly through Travelers.
