I was referred to this agency by my lender when I was moving out of state and needed to bind coverage for my new home and vehicles and my existing agent was making this process way too difficult. Enter Rhian Fahlgren with Thomas Ward Insurance Group. She had quotes for me after asking some basic questions and was happy to jump on a call to walk through them with me so I understood everything. Since then, anything that has come up with my move to the new state and making sure i had all my ducks in a row, Rhian has been very quick to respond and get the job done! I work in the insurance industry (group health) and I know how complex it can all be and Rhian has always made it easy breezy. Today we booked my golf cart insurance!
