We have been using Waikiki Wags for the past couple years when we go on trips to watch our dog Kaipo. Kaipo is always anxious in the beginning, but seems comfortable with Jun and his wife and dog Hana. We tried using Rover, but it was usually hit or miss and not very reliable. They also charge you as soon as the dates are reserved with added fees. We know with Jun that we a professional dog walker, a clean house and yard, and a friendly playmate in Hana. Waikiki Wags charge after the stay is completed and there is no hidden fees. I hope this helps you, God bless.

Linda at Waikiki Wags has been so kind and generous in finding our family a suitable doggy caregiver for our older dog Lexi. She took the time and care to ensure that we and Lexi were comfortable with the boarding arrangement. We were able to do a meet-and-greet with Jun, who is wonderful with Lexi. He takes the time to honor our requests (food, walking and sleeping arrangements) and treats her like she is a part of his family. He has been so kind and caring, and especially with Lexi’s needs as an older dog. And his own dog Hana, has been a good friend to Lexi too! Linda and her amazing team of dog walkers and sitters consistently provide top notch care for my dog. They are quick to reply with inquiries and have been flexible with my ever-changing work schedule. They provide a comfortable and seamless experience from the initial meet with the pet to updates when dog sitting or walking. I have a more special needs dog with who is shy around other animals and new people but the team is patient and understanding with dogs of all needs. The whole team is communicative and thorough. When I use their house sitting services, they are neat and thoughtful of the home, while also providing comfort and love to the pet. It gives our family such peace of mind that our pup is in kind and loving hands. The team nurtures and loves my dog in the way true animal lovers would do! I have used Waikiki Wags since I’ve needed a dog walker and pet sitter on island and wouldn’t think of going to anyone else. My pup knows when her sitter is coming and she pulls out her favorite toys to share with them.

Linda was a pleasure to work with about scheduling a pet attendant for our very special guest, Harvey. Linda paired us with Kim who was so sweet, very accommodating to our schedule, and took great care of our pup. We had a great meet and greet with Kim and she offered to attend the rehearsal as well. After the wedding ceremony, she took our dog back to our house, fed him dinner, kept him company for bit, and left a wedding card for us to find on the kitchen counter that evening. It meant the world to us for Harvey to attend the ceremony, be our ring bearer, and enjoy his puppy cake at the reception! I couldn’t recommend these lovely people more.
