Super great prices for very high quality food. They have a great selection for pets that may have sensitivities to certain ingredients, and the workers were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

This store location has the poorest customer service. As I was entering the store, no one greeted me, even though there were three customer service employees at the desk gossiping about who knows what. I walked right by them, and no one asked if they could help me. There were two gentlemen in the back staring at me like I was an alien. I could have sworn I was being followed. When I finally asked a question about an item that was not in stock, I was told it would be available soon. While checking out, I noticed the bags had a coupon on them. I was told that because the store had a 20% off sale going on, I wasn’t able to use that coupon. I then decided to price match, which they claim they honor, but I was told no again because of the 20% off sale. I said never mind since it was still cheaper for me to purchase online. The cashier/customer service employee had a terrible attitude. I also had something to return, and she said she would take care of me, but she was huffing and puffing because I changed my mind. As I was returning the item, I overheard one employee ask what she should do with the coupon—put it back on the bag or throw it away. Her coworker told her to throw it away, so I guess no one else could take advantage of that sale. It was for Purina Breeze pellets, $3 off, by the way. As she continued processing my return, she asked if I wanted to keep my receipt. I said yes. Instead of handing it to me, she pushed it across the counter

I’m a new corn snake owner and went to the store for some advice about how to properly maintain the humidity level in its tank. Shai was super helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. Thank you!

I always come here to grab my dog, some food and treats and toys. I definitely recommend they’re well stocked and the employees are pretty friendly. Also, they have great variety of brands in the store
