I highly highly recommend John James and his team. We have been with Erie and John for over twenty years. Not not they have the best price for home and auto insurance, John was also extremely helpful in helping me getting the best policy and therefore peace of mind. After I moved out Virginia, I still call John for advices for insurance policy in the new locations. He continued to help finding new local agents for me and answer my questions. He is truly the best!

John James is great! The customer service is top notch. He takes the time to answer all of your questions. I have been with Virginia Insurance group for several years. I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone looking for a reliable and professional insurance company!

John James at Virginia Insurance has been helping us with our insurance needs since 2002. Over the years he has contacted us periodically to help us lower our insurance when we were eligible for any new discounts. We have been so happy with the service provided by John James that we referred our eldest son to him when he needed insurance. We've also referred friends of ours and of our children to John. John is honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend him for all of your insurance needs.

I have referred friends and family to Virginia Insurance Group and John for several years just based on the amount of attention and excellent customer service they provide. A number of times over the years I have called John with questions around my current policies (auto, home, etc.). He has always been available or quick to respond to my questions and provide sound honest advice regarding my insurance needs. I have used John James and Virginia Insurance Group for many years in my small contracting business. We started with Liability and added Workers Comp, Auto, and Umbrella coverage over the years. John and Karen have been great and always very responsive to my many requests. I started using them for my personal coverage several years back and Erie has been very competitive. Recently I asked them to insure my Mother when she got a new vehicle and they saved her hundreds of dollars! I highly recommend you call them for a quote.
