Velox Insurance

Got a call from velox. First time ever hearing about them. I was looking for new car insurance so I picked up. A male voice asked me if I was the following name. I said I was, not knowing how they knew it but went along with it. He asked if I was still looking for car insurance. I answered yes. He acknowledged. I then said that I've never heard of Velox before. He repeated my statement and I confirmed that's what I said. I said it in a way of confirmed curiosity, excepting them to explain who they are as a company or whatever they call themselves and pride themselves in. Instead I was greeted with a few seconds of complete silence then abruptly he hanged up. With that as my first and possibly last impression.
