If I could give this place more stars I would. It has been such an excellent experience so far working with Art. He is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful when getting your policy set up and also will help you reach your future goals with your insurance plan(s).

This company does not work well with motor carriers when I first started working with art everything was fine but as time went on and I needed it regular ordinary services like getting a COI for customer or looking up a driver quote for potential hire art wants to charge me for these basic services. I have never had a broker want to charge me for simple things especially COI which have to come directly from the agent. when I address this issue with art, his response was unprofessional to say the least I will not be continuing this business relationship moving forward.

We have been working with Value Insurance and Art for over 4 years to meet the insurance needs for our business. We always had great experience with Art. He has great knowledge of insurance market place and was very helpful in figuring out which insurance meets the needs of our business. He is always very timely and keep on top of renewals and always reminds us ahead of time. There is one instance where we were trying to add a new coverage to our insurance and the company that we typically work with was taking too long to respond. Art took the initiative to find another provider who could get the coverage started within the hour, and got us in touch with them and helped us meet the contractual obligation in time. I would gladly recommend Value Insurance and Art for the business insurance needs.

Art provided sound recommendations to help me get a high quality insurance policy at a reasonable rate so I could start my new restaurant business in Arlington. He took time to meet with me and learn about my business and then found me an insurance plan to meet my needs. Art always responded to calls and emails quickly. He made me feel like he really cared about me and my success. After my policy was issued my insurance needs changed. Art then worked hard to get me a refund. I highly recommend him.
