Great yoga studio with a wide variety of classes. All the teachers I've taken classes from have been excellent, very supportive and kind. They know their stuff! It's a very welcoming place, exceptionally clean, all the props you need are provided. During Covid, most (maybe all) of the yoga studios in Albuquerque closed. I missed in-person yoga so much, but that loss led me to find Unwind. I'm so happy and grateful that Ashley opened this studio and has built a wonderful yoga community here.

Ashley, the owner, has been an absolute life saver — not just for me, but for so many others who walk through her doors. Her kindness, wisdom, and calming energy create a space where healing and growth feel possible. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a tough season, Ashley meets you with compassion and strength. The studio itself is peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully run. Every class feels like a gift — a chance to breathe, stretch, and reconnect. I’m beyond grateful for Ashley and the community she’s built. Ashley provides the best and most unique yoga studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico! All her instructors are amazing. I love that she provides a wide variety of classes for beginners and advanced students with the best instructors. I’m attending fantastic Pilates's classes with Noelle Cepeda ! Ashley provides fantastic opportunities for everyone to learn about a variety of topics to improve our skills and knowledge in a beautiful and super clean state of the art studio. I especially enjoy and love the privilege of attending her workshops and Full Moon Sound bath & yoga! Ashley is a kind, gentle and genuine person that cares about all her team members and students. You can’t help but love her!

Unwind Yoga Studio is truly a special place. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how intentional and caring the atmosphere is. The instructors are some of the best I’ve ever practiced with — knowledgeable, compassionate, and always present. I really appreciate the thoughtful hands-on adjustments that help deepen each pose safely and mindfully. The studio itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with plenty of props and grounding mats that make every class comfortable and accessible. I love the variety of classes offered — there’s always something to fit whatever my body or mind needs that day. Unwind is exactly what its name promises — a place to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling balanced and renewed.

Ashley has truly created something so special with the Unwind community. State of the art GORGEOUS studio!! 😍😍 The Pilates class is my favorite! Whether it’s All levels or fundamentals. Tuesdays,Wednesdays ,Thursdays and Saturdays! … low impact movements designed to uniformly train every muscle in the body especially the core muscles… since the studio owner Ashley is a Biomedical engineer all classes have an emphasis on alignment and using modifications and a variety of props to get into the movements regardless of where you are in your journey. Not to mention that the studio is one of three in the whole country that is grounded! with Copper technology to simulate the same benefits of earthing bare feet to earth. The grounding technology allows you to connect with the Earth's natural electrical charge to potentially reduce inflammation, stress, and pain while improving sleep quality and mood. By providing a surface to make bare skin contact, the mat transfers electrons from the Earth to your body, which proponents say helps to neutralize free radicals and restore the body's electrical balance. I’ve been practicing here for over three years and I improve every single class due to all the attention to detail in every class/workshop and event!
