I was visiting from Oregon for the weekend and took two classes at Blissful Spirits. My class on Sunday with Janelle was amazing! Her energy is incredible, and I loved how inclusive and empowering it was. I felt like my best self after practicing at your studio - strong, centered, calm, and at peace. Thank you for your offerings and for being so welcoming to an outsider.

I am in love with Blissful. I wish I had found it many years ago. The studio is clean. Instructors are super nice and encouraging. Their schedule has a variety of classes all day long. I just want everyone I know to come and love it as much as I do! February 2026 will be my 1-year anniversary!!

Yoga dabbler meets yoga nirvana. After 16 years in Albuquerque and 30 years of yoga practice, I have found a permanent yoga studio at Blissful Spirits. I just completed my 1-month introductory membership. It covered all three studios. The classes were diverse, the teachers all excellent and in many ways, I have felt like a kid in a candy store with unlimited access to high quality yoga classes and teachers. It has been a surprisingly enlightening and joyful experience. From hot yoga to warm and gentle yin yoga, Blissful Spirits offered over 20 classes daily. The studios are beautiful and clean with quality props, from yoga mats to bolsters, blocks and straps. I have loved the total focus, peace and growth that has resulted from these classes. Looks like my gym-based yoga and community classes are over. I have been spoiled by this lovely collection of teachers and studios. I’m experiencing less joint pain, better mobility and a happier attitude towards life. I could not ask for more from a yoga studio. Maybe one day I’ll try their palates classes. For now, I’m 100% satisfied with yoga. If you don’t know Blissful Spirits Yoga, you are missing something special. Cheers to a stronger body, mind and spirit in 2026.

Best hot yoga around. Such a pleasant studio with wonderful staff. The instructors I’ve taken classes from are phenomenal. Charlotte, Chris, Denise, Pedro, and others. They are motivating and compassionate. Truly an exceptional hot yoga spot. I definitely recommend. 10/10

Blissful Spirits is THE best yoga studio Ive been to. They have large airy studios, strong humidifiers and the best instructors you can find. They also offer a wide variety of classes from Warm Yin yoga to HOT HOT HOT Pilates.
