On 9/24/2025, the company made an unauthorized ACH withdrawal of over $9,400 from my checking account for my annual premium. I immediately contacted my agent, Natasha Ammons, and sent her a screenshot of the email I received. She told me this was not supposed to happen and advised me to stop payment with my bank, which my bank confirmed was not possible. On 9/26/2025, after my account went negative and bills began bouncing, I reached out again stressing the urgency of the situation. Let me point out: while trying to obtain me as a client, Natasha returned every call and text within minutes—even during her mother’s funeral services. Now, when a serious issue has happened, my calls and texts went unanswered for hours. When I finally spoke with her, she said she would “look into it” but provided no solution. After multiple attempts, I requested to speak with her manager. Instead of a direct call back, I was sent an 888 number with no clear extension, wasting even more time. Eventually, Natasha sent me an email stating the refund had been processed and that I would receive a check in 7–10 days—meaning I am left with a negative account balance for over a week while my bills and obligations go unpaid. We are not talking about a small amount—this was over $9,400. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care from both Natasha and United Commercial Insurance as a company is absolutely unacceptable. A situation this serious required immediate escalation and resolution, not vague promises and silence. If you value customer service, communication, and financial responsibility, I would strongly caution against trusting this company with your business. They are playing with my livelihood and I said as much in not such nice terms.
