We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and Travis Crawford was able to find it and repair it super quickly for us. Justin was our technician and he was super kind, thorough and great to work with. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled so easily and efficiently. We’ll continue to use TC in the future and would definitely recommend.

We were definitely overdue to replace our water heater. It wasn’t failing yet, but it was so old that it couldn’t really be serviced anymore. Travis Crawford walked us through several replacement options, all of which came with at least a 6 year warranty, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The office team was incredibly easy to work with and communicated clearly before, during, and after the install. Ricardo was the lead plumber and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Even better, they handled the install in the middle of an ice storm without a single issue. They replaced our 15 year old unit with a brand new, higher efficiency water heater in right around two hours. I feel really good about both the price and the decision to work with Travis Crawford. At 16 years old, our old unit could have gone at any time. Pro tip: flush your water heaters, people! We’ll absolutely use Travis Crawford again.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The duct repair was done professionally and efficiently, and the customer service was outstanding. The technician Jonathan Smith was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The customer service rep Amber Edwards was also extremely helpful answered all my questions without hesitation, made scheduling and communication very easy. Overall, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing duct work done!

Great service from start to finish. True 24/7 customer service. We had a sewage smell coming from one toilet and our tech Timothy Vanhoose was able to find the true root cause and fully repair it properly. The flange on the drain pipe was damaged. Full flange and piping were repaired. He was very knowledgeable and provided great explanations on how the full plumbing system works. I truly recommend Travis Crawford team.
