Morris-Jenkins has such a great team! The commercials are not a lie! From my initial call to the top-tier service I received from Robert-I am so very thankful I made the call! Robert S. is amazing! What a kind guy! From start to finish, this gentleman calmed my nerves! He took the time to explain everything he was doing, gave me not only expert advice, but I felt like one of my brothers were speaking to me with the care he showed! He worked efficiently, kept me in the loop and fixed the home builder's poor installation issues with the Disconnect which was literally burning and melting in our home. You have no idea how grateful we are for the work completed by Robert! He said he was not leaving until we were safe and the heat was back on- this is an outstanding gentleman and beyond the great customer service that I even anticipated! I won't even get into what he truly uncovered, but THANKFUL he found it-and ahead of the snowstorm! This call to Morris-Jenkins was a life saver! Robert S., I hope you are recognized for not only the superb work you have done, but for the wonderful human being that you are! I hope to see you in the spring for maintenance!

Hunter from Morris Jenkins did an outstanding job fixing our plumbing issue. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything repaired in no time. His work was neat, professional, and left the area spotless. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We really appreciate his efficiency and professionalism—highly recommend Hunter and Morris Jenkins!

10 out 10 would recommend! I had the pleasure of working with Les, Chris C., Brian, Troy, and Caleb. Those gentlemen were efficient, thorough, positive and polite. We had to have two systems replaced (heating was no longer working) on short notice and these guys worked all day and into the night in the frigid cold to get us up and working again. Very rarely do you see dedication like this nowadays so a huge THANK YOU to those men! I will recommend Morris-Jenkins to anybody because of what Les, Chris C., Brian, Troy, and Caleb provided me and my family...peace of mind.

I am very pleased with Morris Jenkins and the work they provide! I have never made a review like I am about to right now. And I don’t make many! I have been with Morris Jenkins for a couple of years and although I have never owned a house before, I don’t have a comparison to make with Morris Jenkins except Morris Jenkins and I will not change one thing! I have a son who’s disabled and his hot water wasn’t working on his side of the house. Jenkins sent out Christopher Faw. He took his time to access the problem that’s how I knew something was wrong because he was here over 30 minutes then an 1:15 and so on. No rushed assessment here. Thoroughly explaining the issue and going over options as if it was his home. (Lol) I was able to take the time and call the company on Saturday to express some thoughts and ask for final price and was able to ask was there anything wrong with the current heater. They said no and educated me further in hot water heaters. Monday I called to set appointment for Christopher Faw to come back out and fix the heater. Today on Wednesday my Morris Jenkins Superman came out and fixed the heater. Not replaced but fixed! Save me a ton of money after receiving the best options for my home which was best financially suitable for our needs I went with the best price without any pressure from the company. And our heater should last another 5-7 years with a 2year warranty of parts and labor done on today’s service. With all what I have just said still words cannot EXPRESS what the Pictures will say for themselves! Thank you Chris Faw my Morris Jenkins Superman and Mr. Jenkins for all of the work you've done past, and present. And all the work you will continue to do to in making sure that all of our H-Vac and Plumbing needs are met and satisfied. What a way to start off 2026. Trent installed my front porch light and did a good job. I asked him for a quote on some outlets, switches and fixtures and he said he could do the job the next day! Trent and Shane showed up and did an awesome job at my home. It almost looks like I have a new house with all the new updates. Trent and Shane are both great guys and do awesome work. I will be doing the rest of my house and will definitely ask for both of them for the job. I would recommend them for for your job!! Thanks again guys!!
