Thank you Thomas E Clark and DCDOE and their Lead Pipe Replacement Assistance Program (LPRAP). With funding through DDOE LPRAP program we were finally able to get the last piece of lead out of our incoming water system. Thomas E Clark answered our request for service promptly, sent out a project manager to confirm that we were in fact eligible for the LPRAP, received approval from DDOE to perform the work, applied for and received all permits, and performed the water line replacement all within the span of 3 weeks. From initial call to the water line being replaced. Their crew was on time, courteous, and explain the process in exacting detail, giving us milestones for when we could expect the water to be turned off and turn back on as the line was replaced. Their house call Pro scheduling app made it very easy to communicate with the project manager as well as the technicians, and provided real-time tracking of their location and eta through the house call Pro app. I'm very thankful to Thomas E Clark and the LPRAP program for providing this service to the District of Columbia residents. I remember a time in DC when Department of Health came to houses that had young children and tested them for lead, I was one of those kids. The water may taste a little less sweet after today! But at least my kids won't have to deal with this lead problem in the future. What a wonderful program.

We have used Thomas E Clark for plumbing as well as HVAC services for over two years. We find their service to be of excellent quality, prompt and fairly priced. For emergency repairs, they can usually respond within the same day.

I was very pleased with almost all of my interactions with Thomas E. Clark. They were personable and prompt ., and thorough in return contacts and on the day of the service, kept me well apprised of their arrival time which was right in the middle of the range that had been set. The service lead, Timothy, diagnosed the problem near the shower headand then fixed it. He also suggested another possible fix for the other faucet and gave me two alternatives: the super one for $250 and the McIyver for free. I took the second and am very happy with it. I will likely turn to this company first with plumbing issues in the future.

On November 18 & 19, 2025 workers David, Ezekiel and IBrahim with Thomas E. Clark replaced the lead pipe from the city line to inside my home with a copper pipe. The work was grueling but they did a tremendous job. They were professional, careful of the inside of the house and they restored everything back as it was ( hole covered, straw put down, patio walkway lites put back). They even installed a new water filter on the faucet of my kitchen sink because I knew I couldn't figure it out. The cost (with a special lead replacement program in DC was '0' to me. I recommend this company highely and kudos to these three workers.

Thomas Clark did a fantastic job on site. They were respectful, quick, cleaned up after their work, amd talked me through both the problem and the solution. They completed a lead service line replacement flawlessly, and changed a long section of galvanized pipe. They were affordable and quick. Ill definitely be returning to this team with any future plumbing issues. Best
