The Wash Tub

Howdy yall, Let’s talk about today’s experience at “The Wash Tub”. Came in around 4:05pm not too much of a crowd or wait. Caleb took care of all my questions and work with me on my options for this wash as I’m trying to keep my 2024 Jeep Wrangler. We decided on their best wash option and some other stuff for a great detailing package. I want to give a big shout to the Detailing Manager John and the rest of the detail crew that work on my car Jesse, Juan, David. Fantastic job!!! I love that I can always ask or talk to the at any point and they are never dismissive or too busy to stop and talk with me. There were some little spots that were left after I spoke with John. He got his team together and they went ahead and took care of it really easy. It wasn’t something I needed to worry about oh my gosh I gotta pay another fee another option another is another that it was great. We also saw some minor scratches in a car. He tried his best to go ahead and buff it out just with him you know a little polish and a rag, but one thing that really stood above is that he then started talking to me about some other packages they do and how we could best help you to get to the show car room ready that you’re trying to get to wasn’t an upsell. It was simply just education, customer service, and being attentive to the needs that I have as a consumer I love this group of individuals. I love this company. I will endorse it. Everybody needs to come by and come to the wash tub on Broadway ride in front of university incarnate word amazing!

This wash tub is awesome it’s my favorite, they have the best customer service. The managers are so hands-on and so professional they always have really good attitudes are very well organized. I feel that my vehicle is safe here. I love this place.

I had an issue with a wash tub on the north side of town yesterday. It went from subpar management and customer service to exceptional hospitality and professionalism at the broadway location. Leo and his team we informed of the issues I ran into at the other location and they took the treatment and service fail personal. They went far beyond expectations and corrected way more than they had to, their empathy and dedication to their craft is unmatched and highly appreciated. Continued high quality service like this is routine here at the broadway location. I had looked forward to continuing my membership and experiencing a good wash here at the broadway location. The only down side is they lost the push button to lock down my weather tech mats!

Back again with great service Margie and Julian outside are amazing 🤩 This is one of my favorite locations for a plethora of reasons number one being the fact that they actually clean the cars is the best at this location. The other ones are a little hit or miss but honestly through and through the best part is the cashiers it is absolutely wonderful and such good service especially Eddie. He just goes up above and beyond to do what you need and get everything done updates accounts and verify information through and through. Amazing customer service

Last Wednesday was my first time bringing my car to the Wash Tub 🧼 🛁 🚘 and I was so impressed with my first-time experience 🤩! Ricardo (the manager) and all of the employees who greeted and assisted me were super friendly, courteous and helpful 😃! I came early, not too long after they opened, just so I could get my car wash before it would get too busy and crowded. They were super prompt, but also extremely qualitative 🌟, with washing 🧼 the exterior of my car 🚘, and also with cleaning 💨 the interior 💺😃! While I briefly waited for my car to be washed and cleaned, I got a complimentary coffee ☕️ 😋 in the comfy lobby and checked out the cool 🤩 and quirky items 😝😜 for sale 🙂! There are comfy chairs 🪑 and a table to sit and relax at as well ☺️! Or, if you would like to sit outside to wait for your car, you can do that, too 😉! I will definitely come back and get my car washed here again 😃! I know that the pricing of $35 for the Ultimate Car Wash might seem high or steep to some customers. But I feel like the excellent customer service 😁👌 and hospitality, and comfortable ambiance ☺️ really make me feel truly welcome here 🥰! They also washed 🧼 and cleaned 🧽 💨 my car so well ahead of the weekend 💫 so it looked amazing 🤩!
