⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a truly positive experience with Crash Champions, even through what turned out to be a long and complicated repair process. From the very beginning, Anna at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Once the process was underway, Chris, the technician, really went above and beyond. He took over my case and consistently advocated for me, especially when it came to securing and navigating a rental car and working through a very complicated insurance claim. Communication was excellent the entire time; I was never left wondering what was happening or where things stood. While my vehicle was in the shop for over eight weeks, the delay was completely beyond Crash Champions’ control, and that was clearly and transparently communicated throughout the process. That level of honesty and follow-through made all the difference. Almost facing the vehicle be totaled which would have left me with a salvaged title, Chris swooped in and saved that from happening. Now that I have my car back, I can confidently say it has been restored to its original state prior to the accident, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work. I’m very grateful for the service I received at Crash Champions, and especially for Chris’s dedication, professionalism, and advocacy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

I highly recommend crash champions. They did some work on my vehicle I cannot tell any damage was ever there. Great job, great service. Reasonable priced..

It took an extra week to get my car back with no updates. The didn't have my emblem on it, the left tail light is not aligned correctly(right attached to show what it should look like), there is superglue on my paint the back trim wasn't attached good, the bumper isn't aligned. I wish I had gone with car crafters instead.

This is my second time to take one of my vehicles to Crash Champions for bodywork and I have been totally satisfied with both jobs. LT Hettrick was the estimator and repair manager on both jobs and he has been outstanding on both jobs. Great communicator with both myself and our insurance company. Amy at the front desk was also helpful, efficient and just what any company would want in that position.
