B Street Collision of West Omaha

After my accident, my cousin reffered me to B Street Collision. My entire experience has been great. Their service, kindness, and being in touch with me constantly, was a welcome change from some places I've worked with previously. I picked my car up and am very satisfied with all the work they did.

They did an exceptional job on my Elantra several years ago, so when I was recently rear-ended, they were my first call without hesitation. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was outstanding, everything was handled professionally, and my vehicle looks fantastic. I truly appreciate their consistency and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed with B Street Auto. The communication was fantastic! Almost every day I received an update on my car via text or phone call. My vehicle was done even faster than promised. Every person I talked to was very friendly. They also have a very nice set up with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which made everything even easier. I have used a few other collision repair places in West Omaha and this one is by far the best because of how organized they are and their communication. I highly recommend this location!

They were super on top of things and made my experience incredibly easy and timely. I got a couple updates every week. They brought the rental to me at the body shop and let me leave it there too when I was all finished up which was super easy. My car looked gorgeous after and very shiny! They explained to me everything that was done as well as gave me an itemized receipt to show everything. I was unfortunately struck by a deer early September which banged up the whole driver side and bed of my vehicle, thankfully B Street was there when I needed them! They got me in their doors in no time and got to work. They completely disassembled the driver side and replaced panels as needed, repainted and blended everything, and put it all back together. Not to mention they completed everything on my vehicle nearly 2 weeks ahead of schedule!! Thank you so much especially to Ashley S. for getting the whole process started and taking care of everything from the get go, it made the whole process so much more streamlined and simple with consistent updates and unmatched customer service! Incredible work by the whole team that executed the task at hand on my vehicle! And B Street has lifetime warranty’s on their work and paint, if you’re insured it’s a no brainer. Truck has been perfect the few weeks since having it back and it looks incredible! Thanks to Ashley and the whole team at B Street!!
