The grooming was the worst I have ever seen and she kept my dog for over four hours, While she was suffering from what I learned at the vets office was a vestibular disorder. They were not supposed to do the whole groom Because my dog was acting strange, and then what I got for the 4+ hour groom was very sloppy.

Lindsey managed to make all three of my babies beautiful in spite of them having to miss their last bath. They have come back from other groomers scared and not themselves or just with haircuts that are hideous and take months to grow out. One of my babies had worse matting than the others and I braced myself to have an awkward looking pup. She made everyone beautiful and they came back as themselves. No weird behavior which means they must have been well loved. Lindsey can not be recommended more in my books!

DO NOT USE THIS BOARDING SERVICE! My dog is currently at the emergency vet with an advanced case of pneumonia due to their negligence. We used BPR twice. Before using the boarding service, you have to bring your dog in for a temperament test. We later found out that two tests were needed, one for boarding, the other for daycare (this was not explained). The first stay was for a weekend, and we opted to have our dog stay in the suite with no daycare due to it being his first time. The second stay was for 10 days while we traveled outside of the country. We asked for him to take part in the daycare portion, and were told that he could not due to him needing the temperament test. We visited months in advance to complete the temperament tests, and were livid that he would be stuck in a room for 10 days. After emailing BPR and expressing our unhappiness, they allowed him to join the other dogs for daycare. When we landed, we received a myriad horrifying of texts from BPR regarding our dog. He had diarrhea, was throwing up blood, and not breathing well. BPR felt it would be best to "take him for a walk" to remedy these symptoms. They later decided to take him to the nearby vet, where he was diagnosed with an advanced case of pneumonia, and immediately placed on oxygen in order to breathe. The vet was unable to care for these advanced symptoms, and rushed him to the local overnight/emergency vet. He is unable to breathe on his own, and the doctor informed us that these symptoms would have come on slowly, and should have been noticed much earlier. We are broken. We feel guilty for leaving him. We feel angry that the staff was unable to identify his needs while he was with them. We are scared that our pride and joy will pass away in the hospital due to our choosing to trust this service. We rushed back to Nashville to visit our baby in the emergency vet, and could only comfort him by petting him through small doors on the incubator, while attempting to talk to him over the noise of the machine. Using BPR will continue to be one of the greatest regrets of our lives.

Best people ever to care for our fur baby! Our boy Eddie could not have received better care! All the staff were communicative and Belmont made sure we were aware when an issue arose with our boys health. We were able to contact our veterinarian and decided how to handle. We couldn’t be happier to have been informed. All was well and our boy was treated like a king. I especially love that we can check in on him at anytime. We often watched him during playtime on camera and also while he was relaxing in his suite. He got the full treatment ending his stay with a luxurious bath, teeth brushing and nail filing. Our boys absolutely love BPR. It is their favorite place on earth! They lose their minds every time we pull up to daycare. All the staff members are so wonderful and accommodating. They take such great care of our dogs when we are at work and on the occasion we have to board them while away. We truly appreciate how much they love and care for our dogs. In addition, we have our dogs groomed at BPR and Keenan does a fantastic job every time!
