Brain did an amazing job an also very efficient work on installing new gas lines for my location and I will definitely be utilizing Taylor plumbing for my future New York location!!!!!

The most professional and reliable plumbing company that I have ever used in Manhattan. And no price gouging as can be typical in NYC. I’ll also add that Brian was the best plumber that I nave dealt with. He explained my gas situation in layman’s terms and proceeded to complete the necessary work in an exceptional manner.

I strongly recommend Taylor Plumbing and in particular, technician Brian Guscott. He came to do a repair estimate on a kitchen faucet issue, and instead advised us to replace the faucet -- even though that meant no repair job for his company, and no charge for the visit. He gave us a detailed explanation of the issue and his reasoning, which was sound and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Taylor Plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs, and I would request Brian. He was terrific, as was Denise in the Taylor office, who handled my request and got me an appointment only hours after I called.

After moving to NYC, I listened to some bad advice and accidentally asked ConEd to turn off the gas in my apt. It would take me a year and a half to finally find Taylor Group to assist me with turning the gas back on. I was quoted a fair and direct price by Taylor Group from the beginning unlike many other companies out there quoting me 2,3, and even 5 times more. I am so thankful to have found them. Brian was amazing, he was always on time and fully supportive and genuine. Denise and the back office team were kind and understanding. They were able to work with the DOB and ConEd swiftly and we have gas in our apt just in time for Thanksgiving!! (The whole process took about 4 weeks) Taylor Group took away the stress of the job from me and took control of the situation. If you live in NYC you know that dealing with a Gas Shutoff is a big big headache. If you are contemplating to call them do not hesitate and take my experience with Taylor Group as peace of mind to let them handle all your plumbing needs! I would give them more stars if I could!

Having done my own "research" on Google I was concerned about an upstairs bathroom sink that "gurgles" soon after water goes down its drain. After Brian, Taylor's plumbing technician, inspected the drain he assured me that there was no problem, and even proceeded to explain the reason why -- in "laymen" terms that a non-plumber could readily comprehend! I appreciated Brian's honesty: another less upstanding professional could have taken advantage of the situation, and overcharged me based on a false diagnosis. For this reason, Taylor Group Plumbing, Heating, Mechanical & Sprinkler impresses me as a company with integrity. (Their customer service operators Gabby and Denise are also very professional and friendly.)
