We are extremely pleased and grateful to Emily. She is amazing! We are lucky to have found her and truly feel she takes care of our dog and everyone else’s as if they were her own. Ellie has a blast with all her friends and continues to grow and learn from her time at TNT with the proper structure.

I had my dog in a regular daycare, but the lack of structure was interfering with her leash training—she was picking up bad habits that weren't being corrected. Emily’s small groups ensure each dog gets proper attention, and the pack walks have been a game-changer for leash etiquette. She also offers 1-on-1 walks to address specific issues, which have led to noticeable improvements. My dog loves her time with Emily and always comes home mentally and physically satisfied. Emily’s passion for dog training really shines through—she’s punctual, attentive, and keeps me updated throughout the day with photos and videos, which I love! I left Emily with my reactive German Shepherd Fawkes while I went to Mexico for just over a week! I was so anxious and Fawkes had hurt her paw the day I left so I was even more on edge!! Emily has vet experience and gave me constant updates on the state of her hurt paw, and sent me as many updates as I asked for while I was away. Emily also has training experience which is why I also trusted her with my highly reactive dog as well. Being in the dog industry myself, I realize how difficult this can sometimes be while you are looking after dogs and finding the time to take videos, and also be in communication with multiple clients. Emily made me feel so comfortable and reassured that Fawkes was being well looked after and that she was happy. Other than family I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs other than Emily. She goes above and beyond and treated my wild stallion of a dog as though she was her own. Could not recommend more!!!

We recently moved to Burlington and needed a caretaker for our dog, Millie. Millie was quite anxious with the move, and we needed someone to step in on days we went into office. And then we found Emily! She has been such a blessing to us and Millie. She goes above and beyond to make sure Millie receives the love and attention she needs. Emily genuinely cares about the dogs under her care and it really shows. Millie is always very enriched on the days that she sees Emily. Couldn't recommend her enough!!

Daycare with Emily at Tails and Trails has been a game changer for our “spirited” Husky pup! Her days with Emily are structured and training based, with just the right amount of play for a balanced day. She comes home happy and fulfilled, and we have seen SO much growth in her leash manners and ability to follow essential commands. Emily is a great communicator with photo updates through the day, and genuinely loves what she does. I cannot recommend her enough!
