The technician came to look at my AC unit and find out what is wrong with and fixed it. It took him about 90 minutes all together except for the time he was waiting for his coworker to drop off the part. This company charges a flat rate for the job they do and will not itemize the cost of parts or labor. My invoice only stated that it cost $533.00 to replace the electrical connector. I got a $100 discount because they had cancelled my appointments twice previously. The technician was suppose to get back to me about returning to clean the AC, but I never heard from him and he never replied when I texted him.....it makes me regret giving him a tip the first time. However, it worked out better because I don’t wanna spend another $500 just for the cleaning. In my opinion, this company is a total rip-off.

Jeremy and his assistant James were awesome, they installed my new water heater and timer with great attention to detail. Jeremy, as the lead, is very knowledgeable and respectful of his assistant, which says so much right there. He was thorough, knowledgeable, focused and respectful throughout the process. I would call him again if I had any other plumbing issues. Highly recommended. Thank you, Jeremy and James!

Could not have asked for better service. Zach was able to get to the house and provide quotes and a clear explanation as to what was needed. He answered every question and explained anything that a non-plumber wouldn't understand. Soloman was outstanding. Showed up on time, worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and handled unforeseen issues professionally. When he finished, he left the space spotless.

Was able to book same day on a Sunday. From dispatch to appointment the customer service was outstanding. Finally after living in our home for 20 plus years a plumber took the time to explain why our water valves weee failing so often. Calcium! We could tell this plumber cared about us and not just about getting paid. Jeramy Thomason was amazing! 100 plus stars for caring and explaining how we can prevent this cycle of valve failure.

Jeremy my plumber was awesome! He explained in detail the options on my shower valve and washer pipe fixture’s where I could understand. Excellent service, very respectful, and fast at getting the job done. He came immediately on an after hours on-call and I appreciated that. I would recommend this company and him to many. I chose Steve’s Plumbing because I see the van mostly everyday in Waianae and knew they must do great service and…he proved it. Very satisfied customer. Thank you Jeremy.
