If you've ever worked in customer service, there are always "those clients" - In this case, I was that client. In this past year, I have had 2 car break-ins, moved 3 times between state lines and traded in my car. The team at Steffey Insurance, including my agents Jennifer Beardsley and Thomas Edney could not have been more helpful and assisted with all of this chaos. When my car was broken into, they were quick to set me up with rental car for the following morning so that I could continue going to work, and got with the adjustor and repair shop to get my car fixed as quickly as possible both times. It made an otherwise frustrating situation relatively stress-free. Every time I moved and had to update my policy, Jennifer was always available to walk through the state-mandated changes insurance coverage options and assisted in me selecting the best and most affordable plan for my budget. It's not often people can speak too highly of their insurance provider, but I cannot recommend Steffey enough for anyone who, like me, was frustrated with having to navigate the bureaucracy of the big insurance companies. Having my agents be a quick phone call away and not having to deal with a robot or be transferred to 20 different departments to file a claim or adjust my coverage is a convenience that feels like something from a bygone era. No matter how many e-mails or calls I made, Thomas and Jennifer were always kind, prompt, thorough, and knowledgable in explaining everything to me.
