I recently switched to James Lavelle’s office after receiving insufficient support from a previous agent, and the difference has been night and day. Carmen handled my case and renewal with incredible professionalism. She was highly responsive, took the time to explain my policy clearly, and provided thoughtful recommendations. I feel much more confident and well-supported heading into 2026!

Ms. Ferreira was knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable to ask questions. Since I did not know much about insuring my home and car she made it easy to understand. I am truly grateful for State Farm and Ms. Ferreira for her help and for her expertise. Truly grateful.
