I recently had an urgent need to switch my insurance coverage and was on the phone trying to shop for insurance coverages and what I found was…1. A human picked up 2. Pass the line to another human was was actually able to answer questions, send quotes, answer more questions, email back adjustments to the quotes and within a matter of hours underwrite a home, vehicle and umbrella policy to star the very next day. Rarely does it happen when 1 call gets the work done!! Shout out to Aliza at the Austin branch…

As soon as I gave them my name and email address I was asked to send them documentation to make the process easier. Um, NO - that is their job. I give them info by phone and they do the legwork and give me a quote verbally. THAT is how it has always worked and still does. STARR Insurance should change the name to ZERO STARR.
