I was with Allstate for over 40 years. I had heard from others that I was paying too much and should look into other options. I reached out to State Farm and this group in particular and have been very pleased that I did. They have handled every issue promptly and professionally and with that personal small town touch. I’ve never waited more than an hour for a response on any issue. I would highly recommend State Farm and in particular this branch of State Farm.

Molly helped me figure out exactly what type of coverage we needed for our ATV’s, home and car coverages. She was very professional, helpful and kind. I really felt she had our back. I love having access to local folks who understand Alaskan’s needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone looking for Insurance coverage. They are consistently exceptional and helpful.

I had such an amazing experience working with Hannah at Stacey Allen State Farm! Especially as a young adult trying to figure out responsible decisions, Hannah made the entire process feel so comfortable and stress-free. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or judged, just genuinely supported. You can tell she truly cares about the people she works with, and that made such a difference for me. I’m so grateful to have worked with her and highly recommend Hannah and the entire team to anyone looking for insurance and real, thoughtful service!

I have all of my insurance services with Stacy Allen and the lady’s at her office . They go so far above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife and I are comfortable and well taken care of. I had to call three separate times, and every single time I was helped immediately—no wait, no automated system, just real people ready to assist. A huge shoutout to Myli, Molly, and Hannah for being so attentive, patient, and quick to help resolve my issue (which wasn’t even insurance-related!). Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Safe to say, this office is trustworthy, efficient, and genuinely wonderful. I would absolutely recommend the Stacey Allen State Farm Office to anyone looking for great customer service.
