The SOS team were wonderful from Start to finish. Jake came out to diagnose the issue and was super informative. There was no hard sell, just a clear diagnosis and explanation of options. We opted for a new system and Scott was also great at sharing the options and merits of each. The installation team were so professional. Punctual, tidy and super efficient. SOS is outstanding!!! Immediate response, excellent price and very competent techs. Jake, our technician, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 1 hour! I called in the morning and the problem was fixed before 3pm the same day!!! Amazing. ask for Jake, the technician, he is excellent. And we can’t forget Kylie who runs the scheduling and manages the techs. She is first class, caring and highly intelligent. Kylie is a superstar!!!

S.O.S. was great to work with — we needed a new water heater and decided we wanted a water softener too. This team did great work and went above and beyond to make sure our system worked well and had no leaks. Their price was fair and competitive and their technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll want to work with them again whenever something else comes up.

I had an excellent experience working with SOS. We called them on a holiday weekend when our furnace stopped working and Jaden was at our home within 90 minutes of calling! He was incredibly thorough, and first took the time to gauge our understanding of our heating system before explaining his findings. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace and install central cooling as well, and worked closely with Scott who came out the next day to review the space and our needs. He was transparent and gave recommendations based on our personal needs and goals, which ended up being some of the less expensive options. We really got the sense that he had our best interest at heart, not just the best interest of the company getting another job. His team came out to install the furnace and AC and were quick, thorough, and tidy! Finding a well-reviewed and local company to support was important to me, and I'm glad I stumbled upon SOS on the early Sunday morning when my furnace stopped working, I would certainly recommend them to friends and family!

The whole team at SOS was exceptional in helping us with our furnace and plumbing needs. They were quick to respond and service our home. Jake and Jaren were exceptional! Also, their partner So Fresh So Clean, was also amazing in cleaning our ductless vents and registers. Our home is so much nicer because of all these services.
