We recently swapped over to Sneed Insurance with our new agent, Alex Nelson. Short Review- Alex has been nothing but responsive and on point. He saved us money on our home insurance AND!! Got us with a reputable company with even better coverage. Long Review- Alex took the time to compare coverages with us and helped us get to know our previous insurance company… which honestly wasn’t a good or reputable company and we had terrible coverage for what they were charging us. We had no idea. It was/is our first home and our first time dealing with any type of home insurance. Alex was patient and so informative. He respectfully followed up with us when I let the ball drop and forgot to communicate back to him. (Sorry Alex! Lol) Once we got the documents approved it was smooth sailing. Him and his team transferred everything over and all I had to do was contact our previous agent to cancel services. It was so easy and such a sigh of relief to have amazing coverage with a reputable company. Not to mention a great agent.
