Recently I reached out to Smitherwood Insurance for auto and homeowner insurance quotes. Oliver quickly provided some competitive quotes and took time to answer all of my questions. He even offered to connect me with a different insurance broker in order to ensure I received the lowest rates possible. Highly recommended.

I have now worked with Oliver to secure insurance for my home, car, and business. I can't believe I ever tried to search for policies on my own or with carrier-specific agents. It quickly became apparent that I could have better coverage for more competitive prices once I started working with Smitherwood. I feel more confident about the insurance I have now, and I feel WAY more comfortable having someone so knowledgable to break down any concerns or questions. I can't recommend this agency enough!

Oliver is amazing at what he does. He responds immediately and also reviews our policies to let us know when we need to make changes. I always tell people they need 2 things. 1. A bank they can always walk in to and talk to a manager, 2. An insurance agent that can handle all their insurance needs. That agent is Oliver Smith!

I found Smitherwood at the beginning of 2021 when I was looking to switch my car insurance from Nationwide. Oliver Smith has been a huge help and has always taken great care of me. He helped me get an awesome policy with Grange that’s saving me about $125 a month compared to what I was paying before, and the process was so smooth and easy. He always responds quickly to my texts or calls, always makes sure to update me about my policy and is incredibly knowledgeable and detailed when explaining things to me that may be unfamiliar. Recently I got into a minor accident and Oliver answered as soon as I called him and helped me through the process. He filed the claim for me and Grange reached out literally the next day to start assessments for an estimate. If you’re looking for an insurance agent who takes their time to make you feel like a top priority, is very responsive, and always goes above and beyond, you’re going to want Oliver Smith.

Oliver has always been so professional and helpful with our homeowners insurance policy. When closing on our first home our relator recommended Oliver’s services and I’m so glad she did! Oliver is knowledgeable of the industry and supportive of whatever questions come along the way. 5/5 stars absolutely recommend him!
