Excellent service and communication. Did not try to upsell and were honest about only the parts needed to be replaced. They saved me a lot of $$$. I could not recommend more highly!

These guys are real pros. I have used them several times for dishwashers, fridges, and washer/dryers, and recommended to friends who were well taken care of! They are great communicators and super helpful. Here's the thing about the cost/price to repair - whether it takes 5 minutes or 5 hours, they do perfect work. It's easy to forget that what a company like Sixth Sense - Russ + Eric - bring years of expertise to the table. Even for capable homeowners, some technical details elude us. Then they show up and make magic....worth every penny. You can trust them to take care of your issue, or they will give you an honest assessment/recommendation to resolve - even if that means recommending replacing the appliance - them losing a business opportunity to repair. I recommend Sixth Sense Service, LLC without reservation.

Russ was brilliant as a repairman He was excellent in fixing our ice maker in the refrigerator, They were successful in getting and assembling new parts and now it works great. He was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Next we had him take a look at our dishwasher. We highly recommend this company.

I called to schedule an appointment for our dryer. Eric helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Based on his experience with our dryer brand, he recommended soaking/scrubbing the lint screen to remove any build up from dryer sheets over the years. So that evening I scrubbed the lint screen - and guess what - a load that would have taken 90 minutes to dry before - only took 20 minutes now. I am so thankful for his help. I trust Sixth Sense for any of my appliance needs in the future. Thank you Eric!

Eric was here today to repair a leak in the waterline that leads to our ice cube maker and water dispenser. He was friendly, on-time, and explained the problem. Rates are very reasonable. We have used Sixth Sense in the past. Always have been extremely happy with their service. I recommend them for all your appliance repairs.
