Excellent service and friendly staff. Last December, I returned home from the hospital to find my house without heat. Having used Horizon for AC repairs before, I trusted them to handle this issue as well. I suspected we needed a new heater, and I was correct. They provided a good financing plan. The work was top-notch. My daughter communicated with them, while the technician took photos and recordings for me to see during my recovery. After the work was done, they cleaned up the area pretty well. The installation was impressive. Two months later, I still appreciate the quality of the heating unit and its energy-efficiency features. V

Stuart did an excellent job fixing the issue with our HVAC that was running constantly. He quickly figured out the problem and took the time to explain in detail everything he checked, including the HVAC system and the thermostat. We are very happy that the issue was resolved and really appreciate his professionalism and clear communication. Highly recommend!

Horizon Services is great and I highly recommend them. The first technician, Jason Brooks, who came out on 11/29/2025 to assess the situation was polite, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He knew instantly what was going on. Our old hot water heater was leaking and we needed a new one. After going over the cost (including the make/manufacturer, warranty, etc), which was reasonable, they were able to install a new one the very next day. The second technician, Darien Graves, who installed our new hot water heater was excellent. He was prompt (arrived before scheduled time), also polite, professional, and knowledgeable as well. He explained the function operation of the new hot water heater, including how to do an once a year flushing maintenance cleaning. My husband and I were very satisfied with his work (see old photo on the left, new one the on right). Again I highly recommend Horizon Services. Jason and Darien are quite the team and got the job done efficiently. Thank you!

Mr. Brandon did a great job. I really recommend the service and 100% my recommendation. He also speak Spanish that is a plus and he’s used his language with my father. That was a great job. I would recommend his job and as well as the company they provide outstanding service.

Horizon Home Svcs delivered with the three HVAC techs that came out on Wednesday for our full HVAC replacement. They were prompt, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took care of the job as requested, and cleaned up other items within the same space, and left an outstanding impression. My wife and I were very happy with the work they did and the attention to detail. We worked worked out a solid deal on the whole system being done by spending a little more and being flexible on the date. I could say I wish it was cheaper, but our mindset and talking to a coworker, there is piece of mind and acknowledgement that you get what you pay for. That includes a solid warranty, product, professional install, and professional support. I’ll pay a little extra to have that quality and support. Our sales/estimator 2 days prior was great as well. He worked with us on budget, needs, and was not pushy on any particular detail. Added: We had horizon svcs come out the same day as our hvac estimate and quote us on numerous electrical upgrades as well. They delivered a fair, competitive, and comprehensive quote and build for our needs. We upgraded our old cutler hammer 70s box with a new Eaton panel and connection for our camper. EJ was outstanding from start to finish. He brought two valuable coworkers with him (Tony and Troy). They were also all professional, polite, knowledgeable and down to earth.
