Quick response time. The plumber was informative and knowledgeable. $50 charge for Saturday appointment but they credited my military service and that brought down the cost which was very reasonable for clearing a mainline clog.

I had to get a new hvac system installed in December. The guys showed up and had my old hvac system out and the new one installed in 2.5hrs, they were very nice, professional and knowledgeable they answered all my questions before I could even ask. Because it was so cold when they put it in they told me they would come back out when it got warmer to do the A/C startup, that happened today, the whole team is very efficient they called me on Monday to put me on the schedule and Jeff was here right on time today! I’m very pleased with Sal’s !!

This rating is based on the integrity of Sal's Heating and Cooling. Needed to replace the furnace. Seen Sal's commercial once, that said $600 off a new furnace. Had it replaced. Asked the tech for the receipt to verify I did receive the promotion. It took another day, after I called to get the receipt. $600 promotion was not given. Called Sal's. Was told I had to tell them about their promotion, before the install in order to receive it. I did watch for the commercial again, and in small print it does say that. I expected a reputable company to stand behind their advertised promotion. I should not have to mention it. I also expected a top-quality installation. Now I have a concern. I did not mention that either.

I woke up with thermostat showing 60 degrees, and I called Sal's. Everything went smoothly from the get go. Technician called me, was there in an hour or so, explained issues, and repair costs, vs. buying a new system. Crew came same day and installed whole new system. Very professtional, courteous, and explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend this company. Also, had to use their plumber the same day for a leak under my bathroom sink. Yes, all this in one day. Excellent work.

Had my furnace go out the day before the snowstorm hit. They were able to come out that morning and install a new one! Was very impressed by how quickly they responded as well as how quickly they were able to come out and install the furnace. The technicians were very friendly and made sure we asked questions before they left. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of their services!

Had a water leak and called around. They were able to respond faster than anyone else. Technician Phillip Stadtler was professional and a master at his craft. He rebuilt a Hot/Cold manifold and replaced our main water valve. After the city turned he water on the day after the work was done we had a leak. They responded fast and corrected the issue. Really happy with the amount charged for the amount of work performed. Will use this company again in the future. Nice to have an honest plumbing company to call for repairs.
