I went looking for renters insurance today because the apartment I’m living in requires it now. I honestly had no idea what i needed or what it really even meant. I googled it and found State Farm I went through the steps of the quote and it was cheap enough that I just went through with it. She was calling to make sure I understood my policy and she went through and patiently, happily, calmly explained everything so I could understand and then she proceeded to help me understand things like supplemental health insurance and the difference in life insurance policies! It was one of the most amazing conversations I’ve had with any agent ever she really felt like a friendly neighbor! I have to start with how absolutely amazing and smooth this process was to acquire new insurance! Tiffany G is outstanding to work with! Closing on my first home (so many nerves as a single mother), she was incredibly thorough and made sure any additional coverage was in my best interest. She compared my current auto coverage with what is being offered/covered through the new policy! Wow I had no idea! The time she took to discuss and explain was exceptional, the first agent i have ever had go in detail on what it is I am paying for!!! She was prompt with responses and had all my coverage for the home to my lender as soon as it was agreed, so appreciated! I look forward to working with her more with possible other options that will help keep my son and I at ease that we are covered if anything happens. I have been frustrated with SF recently prior to Tiffany. Tiffany is great, she is the one keeping me at state farm at the moment. From long ago claims that were denied, to wording on a missed bill from state farm to and improvements to the app yes please. I was angry the previous rep and that spilled over into after Tiffany took over as my rep. She is good and I highly recommended her.
