Buyer beware! I had a condo insurance policy with Rusty. I sent him a copy of my HOA coverage and asked him to write a policy to dovetail my unit's coverage with my HOA umbrella policy. I recently got a comparison quote from PEMCO they pointed out that Rusty sold me $188K coverage when my deductible was $50K. I contacted Rusty to get an explanation, he said he didn't read the HOA policy because "it doesn't matter". It matters a lot to me and I hate to be cheated by an unscrupulous agent. I hope I can save you money and trouble by avoiding this office.

Rusty and his team are the best! Alexis is usually the gal who answers the phone- she's prompt, detail oriented, and so nice! These guys are reliable and provide excellent strategizing of cost vs coverage too. Been with this branch for years, never leaving.
