Jacob was Fantastic. So easy to talk to and understood what a hard time I was having. He went above and beyond to make everything work for me. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Keep Him. I got the a/c, furnace, run all new ducts, water heater and replace all the galvanized piping under the house. At a Great Price. Thanks, Jacob

After several bids on replacing a shower valve I was very happy to finally have a plumbing company that I felt I could trust to do a good job and that wouldn't over price the job. So glad the three young men, Colton, Kru and Jayce serve as a team. Colton thank you for explaining all the steps involved in the repairs. Kru and Jayce did a phenomenal job. The access panel looks great. Hoping to see how well the Halo system works for my home. Once again thank you so much! You gentlemen have excellent manners and are very serving.

I have used Royal plumbing an air conditioning. A few times they are great. I'd recommend them to my family and friends. They have put In a new furnace and AC for me, in the past, the price was great.And now I called Them to put in my new hot water heater for me, they do a beautiful job. I call Them, they're Johnny-on-the-spot they came And put my new hot water heater in the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you so much. And when it was done, the price, they quoted me Was exactly what they charged me. The technicians are great. They have such a good attitude. They answered all my questions.

I can’t say enough about Phillip and his team (Colton and Jaryn). They really know what they’re doing and are so knowledgeable. They replaced my old water heater with a tankless system and replaced my old softener. They fixed and improved so many things that I was just getting by with. I would recommend them every time without a doubt. As a single mom, it makes complete sense to be part of their maintenance membership program too for peace of mind.

Jonah and Jadyn from Royal Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. were fantastic! They were so friendly and personable and really took the time to understand my needs and concerns, including my NO more leaky tub spout and handles! I felt like they genuinely wanted to help and cared about my home. They did a great job with the work and even gave me a quote for future projects. Plus, they had a great sense of humor! As they know, I was also a fantastic customer! Highly recommend their excellent service.
