“All insurance agents are the same” That is the general consensus and thought process but what if they were not? What if an insurance agent truly cared about the industry they served? Yes, I thought the same thing you are thinking “yeah right” Well, Leah changed that stereotype for me. She does truly care, of course about her career, but also the industry and the people who put their lives on the line each and everyday. I believe everyone who reads this review can agree that we would all rather do business with a professional who truly cares versus just a high five with co-workers post sale. Her dedication, charisma and willingness to truly learn the industry goes above and beyond her job expectations. Walter Sheldon has been taking care of my insurance needs for many years, ever since the day when I realized that comparison shopping on my own was not a particularly enjoyable activity and, therefore, something I wouldn't do with regularity. From Auto to Homeowners and Umbrella policies, Walter has consistently found better rates than I was likely to find on my own, all while staying within the realm of top-rated carriers. When I've had claims, Walter has taken ownership. Much like the annual comparison shopping exercise, Walter and his team take ownership and get the job done. This is traditional customer service and a genuine caring approach to establishing, building, and keeping long-term customer relationships. They sell you coverage and deliver service flawlessly when needed. Walter's availability and response times are well beyond what I've experienced in the past. If I have a question or leave a message, I know he will get back to me as soon as he can - even if it's the evening or weekend. Again, he believes in a personal connection with his clients - you're not dealing with a faceless mega-corporation or an impersonal website response form, you get a real person! A person who will find the best value proposition for your unique situation and needs, and then check annually to confirm that you're well positioned before committing to a renewal. It doesn't matter where you live - I've referred customers to Walter from across the United States. Once they realize that they're harming themselves by maintaining loyalty to that company/agent they've been using for the past million years, they discover that Walter and his team can often find equal or better coverage from an equal or better insurer at a lower cost. Does anything more than this need to be said? My own indifference and misplaced sense of loyalty cost me a lot of money over the years. That's all gone now thanks to Walter. I wish I had discovered what he and his team could do for me many years ago.
