It was through frustration that I found Daryl at Ricketts. We have three teenage drivers and a total of six vehicles in our home. Trying to locate the best fit for car insurance was absolutely miserable, until I found Daryl! I provided a quick email of driver licenses and vehicle VINs and he took care of the rest. He is saving me about $1000 a year off my previous insurance, and WAY easier than trying to work through the insurance companies directly.

Taylor has been my agent since I switched a couple years ago and he is always just a phone call away. Started with my car and added my home insurance and saved money both times . They’re the best and very responsive!

Rickets & Associates serviced and continues to service the company where I was employed for seventeen years. I was always so impressed with their professionalism, their ability to make insurance coverage understandable, and with the huge role they played as an advocate In dealing with insurance claims and audits, that several years ago I switched our home, auto, and my husband’s business insurance to Ricketts & Associates. Rachael and every staff member is a joy to work with, going the extra mile to ensure we’re taken care of in a quick, affordable, and caring manner.
