Brianna stepped in immediately during a very stressful situation for me and handled everything with incredible professionalism, efficiency, and care. She truly took a huge weight off my shoulders and made the entire process feel manageable and smooth. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and calm, confident approach made such a difference. She handled everything quickly, with class and true professionalism. I highly recommend Brianna to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond. Overall, I have had an effective, friendly and caring experience with Ricci Insurance Group ever since I began working with the company in 2023. Last year (2025) I worked extensively with Terri Villalva of the Ricci support team on my flood and homeowner's insurance annual renewal. She presented herself as very knowledgeable, efficient and effective in answering my questions and optimizing my insurance policy terms. She was a great listener. It was easy and a pleasure for me to communicate with her.

Balina was extremely pleasant to work with and very professional throughout the entire process. She was quick, responsive, and efficient, and made everything easy to understand. I was able to call and receive several quotes the same day for my landlord insurance, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance.
