I have been working with Dan from Rental Fixers since 2020. We flip houses and hold rental properties, and Dan is one of the few contractors that we have stuck with all that time. He is fair with his pricing, very knowledgable, polite, and does quality work. When something isn't done to our standard, he takes accountability and fixes it. What more could you ask for from a contractor?
