I had a great experience with Carrie (our sitter) and Queen City Pet Sitting! I used her/them over the holidays when I was traveling for overnight stays and daytime visits. Carrie did a great job keeping me informed with consistent updates and photos. Vivian was so happy the entire time I was away - that meant I could truly enjoy my vacation. I'm in Windsor Park and would highly recommend Queen City Pet Sitting!

Queen City Pet Sitting has been an incredible resource for my dog walking needs in the Madison Park area. My dog, Teddy, has absolutely adored every walker he’s had — especially Shannon, who is his primary walker. Teddy is a very nervous rescue and typically doesn’t do well with strangers, but he greets Shannon with jumps of excitement and happily cuddles up with her after their walks. That alone tells me how safe, comfortable, and loved he feels in her care. Shannon consistently goes above and beyond. She always makes sure Teddy is settled, everything is tidy, and his water bowl is refreshed before she leaves. After every visit, I receive a detailed note and photo updating me on their walk, which gives me total peace of mind knowing he’s well cared for. Scheduling through the app is simple and convenient, and the team has been incredibly accommodating whenever I’ve needed to make adjustments. I can’t recommend Queen City Pet Sitting enough, truly top-notch care and professionalism!

Dennis at QCP does a great job with our three pups. He is great with communication and follows our instructions wonderfully. We appreciate the daily walks and playtime our fur babies have while he visits. We have an older dog that has a daily medication and a feeding routine and it is always taken care of. We also get a nice update after every visit so we know how they’re all doing. Thanks QCP for taking such good care of Buckey, Selmon, and Ginger.

Queen City Pet Sitting was amazing! They were so communicative, and sent great pictures. They have great options of different packages to meet your needs while away from your sweet fur babies. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great sitter for their pets! I can tell my cat really enjoyed having the company while being away it was a perfect set up to know my kitten was safe and taken care of while i was out of town. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We have had a great experience so far with Queen City! Our primary walker Marleigh is fantastic and our dog loves her. We always get great photos and updates through the app which is fun to receive when at work. The communication is fantastic and we also had another great walker Bridget cover when Marleigh was unavailable.
