UPDATE: they cancelled my policy because the agent did not listen to me about the correct payment method. I get trying to save people money but you really need to be more direct about what you’re doing as an agent so people don’t get screwed. Sad to say, they still stole $100 from me in the end. I had a pretty good experience until the charges started going through. I guess I should’ve picked up on the fact that it was shady when they communicated through text videos and voice notes. Did not clearly explain that I was going to be paying him a fee and that it wasn’t going towards my policy. Also refused to answer about this when I asked. I have coverage but I’m out about $200. Lesson learned.

Andrew Sabogal, the owner, shared his time and expertise liberally with me today. He was able to immediately discuss what various providers would be able to offer me in a quote without DAYS of delay, as I have received from virtually every other company. He told me that NO ONE would be able to even come CLOSE to beating the price and reliability I am receiving with my current provider for home and auto. He ENCOURAGED me to stay with what I have and was STILL willing to share more knowledge and guidance, even after he realized that I would NOT become a sale for him. That’s integrity! I enjoyed the same experience when I spoke to Matthew, a valued and trustworthy person on his staff. Thank you for doing business like we did in the ‘good ole days’. Thank you, Andrew and Matthew.
