I have asked several times for Kaitlyn to take care of our two policies. I got a cancellation notice from foremost. They were going to cancel my policy because she never turned in the mortgage information then I get up this morning and my checking account has bounced because they took out $241 for progressive policy that was supposed to be canceled on January 14 and now we I have to wait 10 days to get our money back when you’re on Social Security. This is pretty hard and she could’ve cared less! I have paid for foremost policy and also for progressive. do not use prime insurance in liberty

Kaitlyn was a real treat to work with and helped me to navigate changing insurance and saving some money. I would recommend Prime to anyone who is looking for better rates and wants to shop!
